General Information

Acknowledgements: All orders are promptly acknowledged.  Carefully read the acknowledgement and contact us immediately with any discrepancies or changes.

Terms: Net 15 or 30 days with approved credit.  Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted with no fees.  New customers are required to pay by credit card or pre-paid check.  For any payment made after term by credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added.  Past due invoice will incur a 2% fee per month.

All Import Orders will require a 50% deposit when order is placed, and balance is due before shipping-no exceptions.

Orders: Must be in writing.  Phone orders will not be accepted.  We are not responsible for errors on hand written orders.

Corrections/Cancellation:  Any correction or cancellation of an order in process will be subject to costs incurred to date.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Country of Origin: All items are marked with the country of origin as required by U.S. Law.

Domestic Production: 3-5 days after approval of artwork or pre-production sample if stock is available.

Split Destination Shipments: First location free of charge.  Additional locations $15 (p).  Special fulfillment programs available on an individual basis.  Call for details.

Drop Shipping: $12 (p) per location with excel file for UPS only.  

Shipping: All domestic orders shipped F.O.B. Boynton Beach, FL. Import order shipped F.O.B. port or delivered.

Re-Mailer Boxes: $7.50 (p) per individual box. 

Trademarks: Windbrella assumes that our clients are authorized to use trademarks presented to us for reproduction.  We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.  Should we determine the product may require a license to merchandise, we will require a copy of authorization.

Logos used in this catalog are not intended to represent or endorse the product, they are examples of logos we have done in the past and represent the quality and type of work Windbrella does.  

We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise notified in writing at the time of the order.

Artwork and Imprint Information

Vector art sent by email is preferred.  We support the following computer formats: Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and adobe photoshop.  For all other products, vector-based art files are required.  Please convert all text to outlines, curves or path before sending the artwork. 

Methods of Imprinting: Silk-screening, heat transfer, sublimation or 4-color process.

Setup: $90 (p)

Run Charge per Color on Golf, Folding and Fashion styles: $2 (p) 

Run charge per color on Beach umbrella: $7.50 (p)

Minimum Quantities: 24 pieces for in house printing, 144 pieces for import orders.  Less than minimum charge $150 (p)

PMS Colors: Please specify imprint color on your order.  You must choose your PMS color and designate if it is selected from the U (uncoated paper) or C (coated paper) section in the Pantone book.
